Run the same task in both

Prepare a home page, a service page, a collection of articles and a working enquiry form. Hold the inputs and acceptance criteria constant, and record the plan you used.

  • Build one representative page and check it on a phone.
  • Add a content collection and create a second entry without duplicating layout work.
  • Submit the contact form and confirm the destination receives it.
  • Inspect redirects, metadata, exports and renewal costs before launch.

How to reach a decision

Give the most weight to editing experience, content structure. Record what you observed rather than treating a long feature list as a result. If neither tool passes your mandatory requirements, keep looking.

Calculate the effective cost per published site and editor after configuration time and any required add-ons. A successful trial is a workflow your team can repeat and maintain.
